SHBN aerial work platform bench
The aerial work platform hydraulic system represents a personal elevating platform with articulated arm.
It is equipped with On/Off and proportional hydraulic technologies.

Reproduce hydraulic movements
2 distribution lines are installed on the system: a CETOP distribution block with On/Off and proportional pre-actuators and a PVG32 3-elements proportional valve.
The automation system is composed of 1 programmable computer, 2 analog regulation cards, 1 analog control joystick, and 1 touch dialog desk.
The elevating platform is equipped with an inclinometer on the basket and with a potentiometer rule on the load cylinder.
To simulate resisting forces, the lifting cylinder and the hydraulic motor are equipped with antagonistic actuators with load blocks for adjustments.
In this configuration, the operative part of the elevating platform bench can be connected to the SHCO V2 type hydraulic bench or to a BHI panel bench, or even to a hydraulic power station, if any.
In this configuration, the aerial work platform bench is connected to its central control unit.
